Privacy policy
HH Luxury Real Estate, responsible for the Marbella website, protects your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This notice explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller

What we collect
When you fill out the form on this site or message us, we may collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your language and what you are looking for (living here year round, a second home, buying to rent out, or still comparing).
If you build a letter of offer for a residence, we also collect what you type into it: nationality, address, marital status, ID number and occupation, along with the price you offer and the payment schedule you propose. We ask for these because they are what the document itself carries, and that document is later reviewed by the developer and the notary. Only your name and nationality are required; anything you leave blank stays blank.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use your data to answer your request, follow up about Marbella (availability, pricing, scheduling a visit to the model unit) and send you the project information you asked for. We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.
The details from a letter of offer are used to build the document you download and to follow up on that offer with the developer. A letter of offer is your proposal: it does not commit you to buy, and it does not commit the developer to accept it.
Transfers
To follow up on your interest in Marbella, your contact details may be shared with Grupo VYT, the project's developer. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing unrelated to Marbella.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, plus two first-party cookies (mb_origen and mb_sesion) that record where a visit came from: campaign, referrer and an approximate country or city derived from IP. We also log, with no personal data, clicks on WhatsApp and phone links together with the page, the language and that same approximate geography; the IP itself is not stored.
You can decline measurement in the cookie notice: Google tools then never load, the attribution cookies are deleted and your clicks are no longer logged. The site works the same either way.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to info@hhluxuryinvestments.com with your request; we will respond within the timeframes set by law.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal changes or changes in our practices. The current version will always be posted on this page.
