A local team with an office in Playa del Carmen since 2005, that knows the area's developers and how closing works in Quintana Roo.
From the first visit to the keys: unit inspection, reservation, closing and, for foreign buyers, the bank trust (fideicomiso) of the restricted zone. Visits by WhatsApp, any day of the week.
