Who's behind Marbella

Two names sit behind Marbella, and in Playa del Carmen both are already familiar. The group that built it has spent more than forty years putting up work across the southeast, and the firm representing it has been selling here for twenty-one years. Before you sign anything, it's worth knowing who's on the other side.

Who built it

Grupo VYT has spent more than four decades on commercial projects across southeastern Mexico. They know the deadlines, the local suppliers, and how stone and limewash behave in Caribbean humidity. That kind of experience shows once you walk the site.

For Marbella they brought in two teams: Faro Arquitectura on design and Rumbo 4 on construction. The arch, the lime finishes, the way the afternoon sun comes in, all of it was drawn for this particular lot and no other.

Who's with you

HH Luxury Real Estate has been selling in Playa del Carmen for twenty-one years. Homero and his team watched the town grow from a single avenue into what it is now, and they know the developers by name rather than by brochure.

What we do is easy to explain. We stay with you from the first conversation, when you still have more questions than answers, all the way to the day you get the keys. If something doesn't add up, we'll tell you. You can message Homero directly on WhatsApp at 984 313 4501.

Why Marbella

Marbella is 35 residences on Avenida 25 Norte, between calles 24 and 26, in the part of town locals call Colonia Hollywood. You can walk to almost everything from here, and the street still keeps some of its old neighborhood feel, with its trees and a slower pace than Quinta Avenida.

The idea was never to build the tallest tower or the biggest one. It was to bring a piece of the Mediterranean to this block: white lime, stone, cool shade, the arch that frames the light. Somewhere you'd want to stay in all Sunday. The residences are finished, so what you see as you walk through is what's there, no renders in between.
